Rotary International is a global humanitarian organization that brings together business and professional leaders to provide community service,
promote integrity, and advance goodwill, peace, and understanding in the world.
Rotary Club needs constant funds because it is a service-driven organization dedicated to addressing real-world problems across
communities. From clean water to education, health, and disaster relief, women empowerment to training for livelihood earning, material
equipment to infra structure, Conservation of Water & Environment—each of Rotary’s initiatives requires financial resources to be planned,
executed, and sustained effectively. On global grant projects with matching grants from Rotary International, obtain CSR funds, and induvial
donations to execute various projects for the benefits of the community, needy, and unprivileged. All the funds are obtained and released.

Dr. Rajendra Singh, Waterman of India

Dr. Rajendra Singh, known as the “Waterman of India” is a renowned Indian water conservationist and environmentalist. He is the Chairman of the Tarun Bharat Sangh (TBS), an NGO that works on water conservation and rural development in Rajasthan. Dr. Singh is celebrated for his work in reviving traditional water management systems, which has led to the rejuvenation of over 10,000 water bodies and the revival of five rivers.

Dr. Singh has received numerous awards and accolades for his work,
including the Magsaysay Award (2001) and the Stockholm Water Prize (2015).
➢ Author:
Dr. Singh is also the author of a book titled “Pani Panchayat”
(Water Panchayat), which
explores the importance of community involvement in water management.
➢ Academic Background:
He is an Ayurveda graduate and a post-graduate in Hindi literature.
➢ Honorary Doctorates:
He has been awarded honorary doctorate degrees by several universities for his contributions to water conservation and environmental sustainability
